The Cardiff Initiative was looking for a product that would enable them to be in full control of their website and enable them to get highly ranked in Search Engines. Their requirements were as follows:

IT3.com proposed to build a brand new application for the Visit Cardiff ensuring that it incorporated every feature that The Cardiff Initiative required.

The SEO Site Builder gives them full control over every aspect of their websites; they can even create different ‘look and feels’ for individual pages. They have the ability to create as many pages and sub pages as they wish without any technical knowledge. The multi-lingual feature has been designed in such a way that they can cater for as many languages as they need to.

The application has been developed around strong search engine optimisation (SEO) techniques to ensure that they are highly ranked in the Search Engines. They have also benefited from the expertise of our SEO specialist by getting ranked 1st for most of their key search phrases.

IT3.com felt that the Business to Consumer (B2C) version of ITSpree would be the most suitable for the Visit Cardiff website, giving them full control over the number of departments and products they wanted to add through an easy to use administration area. It also gives them the ability to monitor and process orders.

The Banner Advertising Administration Area gave them the ability to charge banners out based on location, length of time visible on the screen, per click or fixed fee for a predefined period. The system automatically calculates the billing and monitors the impressions.

As the site contains a large amount of information IT3.com have also included a Search facility. Visitors can simply type in what they are looking for and the website will come up with a list of all pages featuring the specific keyword(s).
