Neath Rugby is Wales’s oldest senior rugby team, known as the Welsh All Blacks. It has one of the highest performance records on the pitch, with the club being crowned back to back Principality Premiership League Champions for the 2004/05 and 2005/6 seasons.

The Primestart team which includes members of the Neath Rugby playing squad visit local primary schools throughout the Neath Port Talbot Borough.
The aims of the initiatives are to teach the children to play Tag Rugby and also educate them on the four basis principles to develop a healthier lifestyle. These four elements being health, hydration, hygiene and exercise.
The Feedback from the children and teachers is always positive as the Primestart team run their sessions in a fun and enthusiastic way. This approach helps the children develop and learn from the visits whilst having a great time.
